She develops policy-oriented work addressing key challenges in digital transformation, including financial inclusivity, barriers to innovation adoption, artificial intelligence, and the value of data.
As an experienced academic, previously working in the high-tech sector for more than 10 years, Dr. Rubin has successfully designed and led research grants totaling over £7 million in funding.
